Dear Parent’s/Guardian’s,

Greetings from Malpi International School!

We are delighted to share that the Academic Year 2025–2026 has begun on a very positive note. All school programs are running smoothly, and we are especially pleased to see how well our students — including our newly enrolled members — have settled in. Their enthusiasm and positive spirit have truly set the tone for a vibrant school year. This warm beginning has only been possible because of your unwavering love, trust, and support, for which we are sincerely grateful.

In light of the recent floods in the Panauti area due to heavy rainfall, we would also like to reassure you that all our students and staff are safe and secure. The school premises have not been affected, and all operations are continuing without disruption. Thank you for your concern and kind messages during this time.

Our Spring Semester officially began on 21st April 2025 with much excitement and energy. A spirited Staff vs. Students Football Match kicked things off, followed by the much-awaited School Cup Tie Matches. On 26th April, we joined hands for the Tree for Life Campaign, planting saplings together as a school community and reinforcing our shared commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

On 29th April, we proudly hosted the Prefects Investiture Ceremony, celebrating our newly appointed student leaders. This was followed by a joyful Fresher’s Evening, where our new students and staff were warmly welcomed through music, games, and talent showcases — a true celebration of togetherness.

Our learners have also had the chance to shine through the Malpi Mastermind challenge, which encouraged critical thinking and teamwork. A special highlight was the Teachers’ Exchange Program with educators from Presidency School, Bangalore, held from 7th to 10th May. Their workshops in visual arts, dance, and music were inspiring and left a meaningful impact on our students.

Amidst all these vibrant activities, academics continue to be at the heart of our daily rhythm. Students are actively participating in classes, assessments, and assignments. We’ve also initiated mainstreaming classes to support those who need extra guidance in specific subjects. The Spring Semester Assessments will begin from 5th July 2025, and we encourage our students to prepare steadily and sincerely.

This year, we are especially excited to have introduced a wide range of student clubs — from science and drama to gardening and coding. These clubs meet 2 to 3 times a week, and it has been heartwarming to see students embracing this opportunity to explore their passions and build new skills.

Looking ahead, we have many wonderful events in store — including the Career Management Cycle A, our first Educational Excursion, and the 26th Foundation Day Celebrations. Students can also look forward to the Junior Inter-House Spelling Bee Challenge and the College Options Exhibition for Grade X, all aimed at enriching their learning and personal development.

We remain deeply thankful for your trust, partnership, and continued encouragement. If you have any questions or would like to speak with us, please feel free to get in touch at any time.

With warm regards and heartfelt thanks,
